Help & Frequently Asked Questions

Our advertisers pay for authentic, location-specific engagement from real human workers. VPNs and proxies mask true IP addresses, enable click fraud, and compromise data accuracy. Using any VPN will result in an immediate automated ban.

You can cash out your earnings via bKash, Nagad, and Binance Pay (USDT). The minimum payout threshold is clearly displayed in your Wallet page (typically $1.00 - $3.00 depending on the selected method). Withdrawals are audited and released within 24–72 hours.

Employers are given an approval window (usually 48 to 72 hours) to review all proofs submitted by workers. If the employer fails to manually review your submission within that period, our automated system will automatically mark your proof as Approved and release the payment to your wallet balance.

To post a job, navigate to the Deposit Funds page and add funds via bKash, Nagad, or Binance USDT. Once your deposit balance reflects, visit the Post a Job page, choose your category, target country, number of workers needed, and required proofs.

To protect marketplace security and avoid self-referral or task rigging, only one account per IP/Household is strictly permitted. If two people on the same Wi-Fi complete the same tasks, the automated fraud system may permanently suspend both profiles.

If your proof meets all guidelines but was rejected without valid cause, you can contact admin support with your Task ID and screenshot proofs. Our compliance moderation team routinely audits rejected tasks and penalizes abusive employers while refunding deserving workers.
