1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering on RapidJob ("the Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and platform policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2 One Account & Strict Anti-VPN Policy

• Single Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to operate strictly one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same household/IP to exploit bonuses or complete self-tasks results in an instant permanent ban.
• Zero Tolerance for VPN/Proxy: Accessing RapidJob through VPNs, Tor browsers, data-center proxies, or any IP-cloaking technology is strictly forbidden. Accounts flagged by our automated anti-fraud security engine will be blocked immediately.

3 Worker Rules & Proof Submissions

As a freelancer completing micro-tasks:

• You must follow all job instructions precisely before submitting proof.
• Submitting false, empty, misleading, or plagiarized proof will lead to task rejection and penalties on your success rate.
• Repeated deliberate fraudulent submissions will lead to account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated balances.

4 Employer Campaign Guidelines

As an employer posting campaigns:

• You are strictly prohibited from posting malicious tasks (malware downloads, adult content, phishing, illegal financial activities).
• You must review worker proofs fairly. If you do not rate proofs within the designated approval window (typically 48 to 72 hours), the system will automatically approve and release payments to workers.
• Deliberate unfair mass rejections will cause your campaign to be suspended with no refund.

5 Deposits, Earnings & Payouts

Earnings are credited upon proof approval. Withdrawals and deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Supported withdrawal gateways include bKash, Nagad, and Binance USDT.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after standard fraud and compliance screening.
• Deposit funds are strictly allocated for running campaigns and cannot be transferred to your earned balance.

6 Account Suspension & Termination

RapidJob reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found in violation of these rules, indulging in abusive behavior, or attempting system exploitation without prior notice.
